The CCTV Surveillance Operator is responsible for monitoring and analyzing live and recorded video feeds from surveillance cameras to identify and respond to security threats. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to recognize suspicious behavior or potential incidents. Operators must maintain thorough records of any observed activities, prepare reports for law enforcement when necessary, and collaborate with security personnel to address incidents promptly. They must also ensure that surveillance equipment is functioning correctly and troubleshoot any technical issues. Responsibilities:
